DS450QS Monoblock Bridge Saw, Stone Circular Saw

Stone circular saw with the capability to straight cut and at a 45° angle. Machine with a worktable tilt of up to 85°, with the work table rotating every 1°. Machine monoblock – No additional costs, such as pouring a foundation for the table; the machine can be moved to another location at any time. The head tilts 0°–45° and rotates 0°–90°–180°–270°. Due to its weight (~6 metric tons), the machine is very sturdy and stable.
The machine features hydraulic oil cooler and automatic centralized lubrication as well as helical gears, which makes the machine much quieter and extends its service life. The maximum saw blade diameter is 450 mm. The circular saw is made with the highest-quality components from companies Siemens and Schneider. The machine is controlled via a touchscreen, joysticks, and buttons on the control panel, as well as a wireless remote control. The main motor is equipped with an inverter that allows for smooth speed control. The circular saw features built-in water hose for flushing.
You can use the built-in feature to set the cutting line laser. Work along the Z-axis is taking place on the screw. To set the limit position, move the turret to the table and confirm the current position by pressing a single button on the touchscreen.

Description

Types of Cutting

In manual mode, the machine is controlled primarily using the joysticks on the control panel. There is also an option to move the cutting head a specified distance along a given axis (“Manual Movement Distance”). With this option, you can precisely move the saw blade, for example, 200 mm to the right.
In automatic mode, you can save up to 12 cutting programs along the X-axis (left-right) and the Y-axis (forward-backward). Additionally, once the program is complete, the cutting head will automatically return to its safe home position.

C-axis – Rotation of the head with the disc: 0°, 90°, 180°, 270°
A-axis – Blade tilt 0°–45°
Z-axis – Screw drive ensures even greater accuracy and cutting precision
